Custom Order Process

At Sola Ever After, we understand that every customer has unique needs. Our custom order process allows you to create a personalized product that meets your specific requirements.

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to our customer service team to discuss your custom order. We'll guide you through the process and ensure we understand your needs.

Step 2: Design and Confirm

Our team will work with you to design your custom product. Once you're satisfied with the design, we'll confirm the details and provide a quote.

Step 3: Production

After your approval, we'll begin production on your custom order. This may take several weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

Step 4: Delivery

Once your custom order is complete, we'll ship it to you. You'll receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your package. 

Step 5: Pickup

Once your custom order is complete, if you live within 50 miles of Hagerstown, IN, we will schedule a pickup location, time, and date.

Custom Order Requirements

  • All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins. (Except weddings, please see wedding contract)
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Lead times for custom orders vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload.
  • We reserve the right to decline any custom order request.
